Sally’s Approach
Sally works primary with adults experiencing a broad range of mental health difficulties, with particular interests in neurofeedback and biofeedback, sleep, and trauma. She takes a flexible and individualised approach to therapy, adapting treatment to each client’s needs, goals, strengths, and personal values. Alongside conventional psychological therapies, she incorporates neurofeedback, biofeedback, and other nervous system regulation approaches where appropriate.
In recent years, Sally has developed a strong interest in the relationship between mind, brain, body, and mental health. This has led to advanced training in neurofeedback, QEEG brain mapping, and related neurotherapies, which are integrated into her clinical practice in a thoughtful and evidence-informed manner.
Sally places a high value on ongoing professional development and continued learning. She maintains an extensive professional reference library and consults regularly with respected national and international clinicians, particularly in the areas of neurofeedback, QEEG assessment, and neurotherapy.
